Stiles is a family owned company that has been in the commercial real estate industry for the last 70 years.  Since 1951, they have been offering development, construction, brokerage, and financing services, among others. They have consolidated their foundation on integrity, honesty, commitment, and transparency. 

Keeping their value of “transparency” in mind, our office space planners created and furnished various functional and inspiring office spaces. Glass office walls create a physical divide between the areas while perpetuating visual connection. By installing a modern office reception desk to welcome visitors, we aimed to create an inviting office for these changing times where hybrid office design offers a golden opportunity for companies that want to attract their employees back to the office working space and provide them with flexibility and comfort to foster collaborative work. 

The different office lounge areas feature modern office coffee tables, bar height office tables, and collaborative tables. Each office lounge area was equipped with diverse office seating such as, a 3 seat lounge sofa, mid back office chairs, office lounge chairs and bar height office chairs.

Through another glass office partition we can see a spacious office training room equipped with office training tables; paired with training office chairs. These tables are designed to take up little space when not in use, and their office desk casters make them easy to move, allowing space to be used for other purposes if necessary. This training room was also equipped with a convenient portable lectern acting as a podium during presentations.

The office space design of this flexible working space, is an exuberant display of a rich combination of textures, expertly employed to provide the space with a unique sense of depth and captivating features that convey the essence of aesthetic offices. Fabric, wood, and metal finishes were combined in the furnishings of the modern office furniture sets that outfit each area of this chic office space in Florida.
