This configuration includes 4 stations in a mirrored arrangement (facing each other), defined by 53”H cubicle walls with windows that provide moderate boundaries, structural support, and channels for network/data cables (plus electricity, if you buy the powered model). Desk widths can be 60” or 72”.

We recommend using an IT professional to handle the network data cabling. If you don’t have service providers of your own, let us know and we can help.

COLORS & MATERIALS:

The O₂ NOW™ Office Benching System has neutral grey/beige cubicle fabric, durable flush-mounted black resin kick plates, and laminate work surfaces. Metal components including panel frames and filing pedestals are 100% recyclable steel and powder coated in either white or silver. Open office desk setups that include windows have clear tempered glass and metal frames.

This is a CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER ITEM. Return/replacement claims are accepted only UPON DELIVERY for damages and/or defects, no other returns can be accepted.

SHIPPING:

Your Office Benching will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.

If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.

Please be confident in your choice or cubicle layout, panel height, quantity, sizes, colors, and delivery timing before purchase. Custom made product is not returnable:

ASSEMBLY:

DIY Self-Assembly by skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly is possible for small (< 6) projects. Support is limited to the resources found on this page. Cubicles do not ship with easy-to-follow illustrated instructions.

DIY is not supported for large quantity projects.

We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches.

If the thought of panel rails, 2, 3 & 4-way connectors, cantilevers, electrical whips, base power infeed’s, screw guns and lock cores give you pause, select our Fully Assembled Option for your peace of mind.

Our qualified team of Professional Furniture Installers will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access. If your delivery requires stairs, non-business hours, or union labor, please contact us ahead of time for a special quote.
