Complementing the functional characteristics of our curved reception desk, is the inclusion of a box box file mobile pedestal; a versatile addition that seamlessly integrates into your corporate office design. It features three drawers, including a spacious file drawer that accommodates standard and legal-sized
documents. The two additional box drawers provide convenient space for office essentials, ensuring that your receptionists have everything they need at their fingertips.
The desk’s corner worksurface knockouts offer a discreet cable management system. This thoughtful feature ensures a clean, uncluttered appearance, keeping wires neatly out of sight.

Crafted from sustainable materials, the worksurface and transaction counter boast 1” TFL laminate with a PVC edge, while the frame stands strong in anodized aluminum, adding a touch to your contemporary office design without compromising our commitment to environmentally friendly materials.
The lower dividers, constructed from HPL laminate, offer long-lasting performance, while the upper dividers elegantly showcase frosted acrylic.
This round reception desk with ADA counter offers a choice of seven distinct laminated colors (Rustic Cherry, Grigio, Eclipse, Ginger, Hard Rock Maple, Data and Silver Wood), allowing you to select the right hue to suit your preferences and style. CERTIFICATIONS & WARRANTY:
Your office reception desk is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original user owns the product, or twenty-five years in the case of a corporation or institution. The warranty covers normal wear and tear and does not cover chips, scratches, negligence or damage which occur during or after installation in a normal office or institutional environment.

Your Office Reception Desk will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.
If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.
ASSEMBLY:
Your ADA Compliant Reception Desks will ship with illustrated instructions, making assembly possible for skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly. We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches. If the thought of “parts, pieces, dowels and cam locks” terrifies you, select our “Fully Assembled” option and then sit back and relax. Our qualified team will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access.
