This cubicle installation was phase 1 of a large-scale commercial office furniture project that ran through the summer and fall of 2019. They acquired a brand-new office space in Orange County, CA and worked with our office space designer to deliver corporate furniture solutions with a contemporary office design that fit a midrange furniture budget.

O₂ Office Cubicle Furniture effortlessly fulfilled their requirements and preferences. With more than enough space to work with we created a practical & straightforward workstation layout of (70) 5x5 cubicles with 62”H panel partitions, a 3 drawer locking file cabinet, and the classic GoGo mesh desk chair.

We also created an area for (6) 8x11 private office cubicles. The cubicle configuration is large enough for a 3-sided desk with a peninsula table top and room for visitor chairs, since the managers working in these spaces need a functional area for semi-private meetings.

The client selected cream cubicle fabric, maple desk top, and black trim paint – all part of the money-saving Budget Program of cubicle color schemes.

Interestingly, after a few months the employees gave feedback that 62”H panels (as seen in the PDF layouts) were too high. After a cost analysis meeting with our designers, we sent in a labor team to cut all panels down to 47”H (as seen in the photos), which was more economical & sustainable than removing them and replacing them with new ones.
