For their office space in Virginia, our client needed to define and enclose two distinct private office spaces. Their constraints were very clear: a budget that was on the conservative side for a remodeling project, and they did not want to make any permanent structural changes to the building.
Our experienced office space planners decisively specified our trusted modular wall system which is highly popular due to its flexibility to mix and match panel types and sizes, as required. It also vastly reduces remodeling time and costs and is significantly simpler to install when compared to traditional construction methods.
The new spaces were designed with modular office glass walls to the front to allow natural light from the windows to penetrate deep into the open office space, giving the area an open, airy feel. Office door panels with glass were used to strengthen the sense of transparency and achieve a distinctly modern office look.
Fabric office panels separate the spaces and provide complete privacy between users when in a seated position. Glass cubicle panels were configured on top of these central office wall partitions to facilitate the flow of light between the two offices. Low walls were placed alongside the office windows and anchored to the walls to stabilize the entire system structurally.
Our fabric panels are available in a wide range of material and color combinations, while the metal frames and bases can be ordered in white, silver, or black. In this project, the office space designers paired glass office panels and neutral cubicle walls with a black metal frame finish for an ultra sophisticated office look.
