Statement
Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) provides services to special education students with autism spectrum disorders, emotional and learning disabilities who require additional academic, emotional, and behavioral support. They have over 95 private day schools and over 90 in-district classrooms; they work with over 600 school districts and are present in 18 states across the country.
Specialized Education Services, Inc. required Phoenix office furniture for their office reception area which is the space that provides the first opportunity to make a lasting impression on your visitors. Which style would best suit your needs? Traditional and elegant or simplistic and minimalist? It is key to choose the right reception area furniture.
In this case, our customer opted for a modern reception desk design with remarkably unique features. The shape and size of this black reception desk with glass gives a striking first impression, while the color scheme perfectly complements the existing office color palette and integrates the transition into the open office space.
This reception desk with storage functions as a multi-purpose workspace, allowing various tasks to be carried out comfortably and efficiently. The large transaction counters facilitate fluent interaction between users and provide a spacious, practical worksurface. Glazed panels create a physical barrier in the receptionist’s favor, all the while allowing light to flow directly on the desk, reducing eye strain.
Desk pigeon holes, located beneath the center transaction top is ideal for keeping messages or important papers close at hand, and a box box file pedestal was added as an additional office storage solution.
The large desktop provides ample space to station a variety of electronic equipment needed in an office reception area. Due to the absence of any protruding divisions or legs, the area beneath the desk is extremely comfortable, allowing the receptionist to be able to move freely. A task chair with wheels is ideal for this long reception desk where multiple tasks can be carried out in its various areas.
